One of the biggest perks of being a food blogger is that I get sent TONS of snacks. I love trying new items and over the years have definitely curated a list of some of my favorite brands.
When something really fun and new comes across my desk I LOVEEE sharing it with you guys. Snacking should be the most fun part of your day and that is a hill I will die on.
So this week I wanted to go over my top five snacks that I have been loving lately. I hope this gives you guys some inspo during your next grocery trip so that we can ALL be in snack heaven this week.
My Top Five of the Week:
Okay if you are a gummy person- hear me out. I have tried SO many of the “healthier for you” gummies that are on the market and these are by far the best. They are the perfect amount of chewy but not too hard and the flavors are immaculate. So far, I have tried the strawberry and pineapple (loved both) but definitely going to try some of the others. Also, they are women-owned (we love).
Okay confession: these are not new at all but they are something that I recommend to everyone. They are chia gel packets and each one has around 3 grams of fiber. They sort of taste like a jelly/ applesauce? I don’t really know how to explain it but they are perfect for on the go/ for anyone looking to incorporate more fiber into their day. I have tried the Wild Raspberry and Blackberry Bliss flavors and I love both.
So I got these crackers in my Thrive order this month and oh my god. GAME changer. They give kind of like a cheez-it vibe and go so great with a dip or on a snack plate. I am also just overall a sucker for a good cheese cracker. They are a smaller business so I highly recommend checking them out!
Sour Cran from Patience
Ugh, another great Thrive find. If you are a candy person you will LOVE these. They are basically a dried cranberry with a sour dusting on them. I have tried the peach and raspberry flavors and both are delicious. Just be careful to portion these out because they are super high in fiber (doubly as important if you are someone who is just starting to add fiber to your diet!).
Caramel Peanut Paradise Cups from Skinny Dipped
I actually just had to go back and make sure that I didn’t already put these in my last Top Five Snacks post. These are such a staple for me. One of my friends who comes over all the time ALWAYS asks if I have these in my apartment. They are kind of a cross between a Snickers and a Reese’s Cup? They always satisfy my chocolate craving at night and each contain 2 grams of sugar. I will forever be a rider for Skinny Dipped- I LOVE this brand.
